Ingredients:
⅓ cup low fat milk (oat milk, cold coffee)
2 avocados
2 medium sized bananas
1/2 cup plain or vanilla protein power (chocolate or peanut butter)
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (½ cup melted dark chocolate chips, melted)
1/4 cup pure maple syrup (honey or agave)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
Optional toppings:
dried coconut
walnuts
raspberries
sliced mango
cacao nibs
granola
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender of food processor and blend until smooth.
2. If needed add a small amount of additional milk to help with blending
3. Divide between 4 bowls if serving immediately, or jars if storing (keeps up to 3 days in the fridge)
