Ingredients:
1 banana
½ cup of fresh blackberries
1 cup of fresh raspberries
1 container (6 oz) vanilla yogurt (you can substitute for your favorite yogurt)
1 tablespoon of honey
4 ice cubes
Directions:
Place bananas, blackberries, raspberries, yogurt, honey, and ice cubes into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pro tip:
If you want your smoothie a little colder and thicker you can pre cut your banana and freeze all the fruit.
