Why we love it: During the cold days of the winter months, having a nice bowl of chili packed with nutrients will help keep you feeling full, and maybe a little warmer. The great thing about this is it’s super simple to make, and is a great meal prep item! If you make too much you can freeze it for later consumption.
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground meat
1 yellow onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1 can chilis, hot
1 (15 ounce) can chili beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained
