3 cups gluten free rolled oats-substitution is any old fashioned oats
½ cup vanilla protein powder
1 cup peanut butter (can substitute with any type of nut butter)
½ pure maple syrup-substitution is honey
1-2 tbsp milk of choice
¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)
