We love to keep it simple, as we roll into Spring time with this popcorn snack. Adding some nuts and cranberries we are going to add a little protein and Vitamin A. So simple and so tasty!
Ingredients:
– 1 Cup of popcorn
– 2 Tablespoons of pistachios
– 1 Tablespoon of dried cranberries
Directions:
Pour everything into a bowl, mix and enjoy.
If you want to get fancy you can make your own popcorn on the stove!
